TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

As a service to students and alumni, transcript requests will be processed free of charge within a two week cycle. To expedite this process, you may request a RUSH (fee applicable).

Fee: $15 for RUSH requests (one week or less)

*** Payment can be made by cash (in person), check (made out to September High School), or credit card by phone (Visa and MasterCard only). Records will not be sent until payment is received.

Please fill out the form completely including the name, address, and fax number of the institution you would like to receive your records.

If you have questions or need assistance with this process, please contact our main office at 303-443-9933 or email info@septemberschool.org.

Please note we cannot send transcripts electronically.
